In addition to the market of the Venetian coast, our purchasing area includes all the Italian, European and foreign coasts. The company also enjoys an exclusive agrement with eighty carefully chosen and trusted fishing boats that fish every day and provide us with rich, vast and top-quality products.

Production

We avail ourselves of CE-marked storage and cutting-edge processing facilities, such as the production of fish fillets and bites, therefore we have obtained the IFS certification. We pay the utmost attention to the consumers’ needs, in compliance with health and hygiene standards, in an increasingly strict market.

Our cuisine

Our latest addition is the Industrial Cuisine, with the creation of new lines of cooked and raw products dedicated to catering and national and international large-scale distribution.
