Through the Superfrozen technique, our oysters preserve their freshness, guaranteeing maximum quality until use.
Every day, the catch that arrives at our factory, intended for the Superfrozen processing, is cleaned and stored at extremely low temperatures at -60°C within a very short time to preserve their natural nutritional, qualitative and organoleptic characteristics, without any preservatives or chemical agents, allowing the products to remain intact as freshly caught.
Superfrozen products offer many advantages: they help save time, because they are already cleaned, gutted and filleted in our processing area by skilful operators; moreover, they are safe because they are blast chilled and, consequently, free from parasites. Eventually, the knowledge of the fish cost per portion makes it easier for you to assess the "food cost" and enjoy a wide range of products at home.
