For your poké choose ALEMAR diced salmon

Thanks to the great attention paid to market demands, we offer salmon cubes to prepare "poké" dishes, completely produced in our processing area.
From whole, carefully selected Norwegian salmons, we obtain fillets that are meticulously cleaned and boned and, through dedicated equipment, turned into perfect cubes in terms of size and shape.
Then they are vacuum-packed (1 kg bag) and blast chilled.
Once defrosted, the final product is ready for use, comfortable and practical for every recipe.
Diced salmon is not the only novelty: in fact, we also supply Diced Tuna.
